“I started yoga with Becky during lockdown to help with my flexibility as I’m a runner and I was doing lots of exercise due to my absence from work. Becky was not only able to explain in detail the anatomical reasons for each practice but in challenging circumstances over zoom made me feel able to follow her instructions and achieve some challenging yoga flows.
