“Becs online classes have kept me going through lockdown. I look forward to every class where she guides us all through the practice making it enjoyable. I have learned so much about my muscles, how to move properly in poses and for an absolute beginner at yoga I am now hooked thanks to Bec. I love the online poles to choose which areas the class will focus on- she listens and always comes up with new poses and stretches each class. She makes yoga fun as well as a targeted workout. The mindful aspect to each practice is also something new to me but it really has helped in my every day life and I now practice breathing techniques taught by Bec. Fabulous teacher, enjoyable classes and an also if great lass!”
