Restore Osteopathy is housed within Belfast’s historic Cathedral Quarter at Studio 52, 52a Hill Street.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS

Enter Studio 52 from Hill Street, make your way up to the first floor and wait in the seating area. Changing facilities and bathrooms can be found on the second floor in the Studio 52 Lounge, on the left beside the filter water dispenser.

STUDIO 52

Opened in 2022, Studio 52 is a safe, welcoming environment to cultivate your yoga practice and mindful movement. The class schedule includes: Heated Vinyasa Flow, Pilates, Begin, Rocket, Restore and Pregnancy.

DIRECTIONS

From Talbot Street (to the right of St Anne’s Cathedral), enter Hill Street by turning right at Established Coffee. You will find the Studio 52 entrance located on the right.
