“ I started yoga with Becky during lockdown to help with my flexibility as I’m a runner and I was doing lots of exercise due to my absence from work. Becky was not only able to explain in detail the anatomical reasons for each practice but in challenging circumstances over zoom made me feel able to follow her instructions and achieve some challenging yoga flows. My flexibility has increased, my running has improved and as a side effect of the yoga my anxiety has improved to. When gyms open again I’d still pick her Virtual yoga class over a real one.”
