How much is an appointment?

Initial Appointment (1 hour) = £70

Follow up Appointment (45 min) = £60

Do I need to bring anything with me?

If you have had any scans, x-rays, letters or investigations related to your condition please bring them together with any medical reports.

What should I wear for my appointment?

We recommend wearing something you feel comfortable in and can move easily in.

If you are coming in with hip, knee or ankle pain, we recommend bringing a pair of shorts.

If coming in with mid back or shoulder pain, please wear a regular bra instead of a sports bra, as sports bras can limit our access to the area.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

We require a £25 deposit to secure your appointment when booking online. This will be taken off your final payment at the end of your appointment. The deposit is refundable if you cancel or reschedule before the 24 hour period.

What is your cancellation policy?

We operate a 24hr policy for cancelling or rescheduling. If you can’t make your appointment you will be able to change it up until 24hrs before. If your appointment is cancelled within the 24hr period your card on file will be charged for the full amount for the appointment (£60 or £70).

Do you treat babies?

We do not treat babies. We only treat patients aged 16 and above.

Do you accept private health insurance?

We ask for direct payment from the client. A receipt will be provided if required for reimbursement purposes from private health insurance. If you are hoping to claim back from Private Health Insurance, please contact your provider before booking your appointment to ensure they cover Osteopathy treatments.

What can I expect from my initial appointment?

On your initial appointment we will talk through your symptoms and medical history. We will then do a full assessment, treatment and provide you with some rehabilitation exercises.

What qualifications do you have?

All of our Osteopaths have a Masters in Osteopathy (M.Ost) and are registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GoSC) and the Northern Ireland Osteopathy Society (NIOS). Osteopathy is a 4 year university degree.
