“I stumbled across Bec from a friend of a friend on Instagram. At the time i was thinking about and trying to find online stretching and flexibility techniques to help with my running. I was previously sceptical about yoga due to either the slow/relaxing nature OR the difficulty due to my inexperience. I signed up for the Yoga for Runners 6 week course and it greatly exceeded my expectations helping with both my recovery through stretching and improved performance from stretch and balance holds. It was a perfect blend between these and the classes were always fun, engaging and beneficial. I’ve watched the recordings back numerous times and eagerly await the new on-demand library!
