  • Those who are coming back to sport post-injury

  • Those who are injury-prone and want to work on prevention

  • People with back pain

  • Those who already go to the gym but may neglect their core and smaller muscle groups

Where: Studio 52 Belfast

When: Every Thursday from 20th June - 25th July

Time: 6pm - 7pm

Level: All levels welcome! If you are an absolute beginner or a Pilates pro, come on down.

What to bring: Just yourself and a bottle of water. All props and mats are provided
