Please read the Terms and Conditions stated below before booking an appointment.

If you are booking a Yoga or Pilates Zoom class, please click “Group Sessions”.

Terms & Conditions

SECURITY DEPOSITS

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment and must be paid at the time of booking.

If the deposit payment fails we have the right to cancel your booking. 

All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be transferrable. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment then your deposit is non-transferrable.

BOOKING AMENDMENTS 

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to amend your appointment. We accept amendments via email or phone. Please advise us of the new date and time you require via email at info@restoreosteo.co.uk.

Bookings can only be rescheduled once unless we are the reason your service date and time has to change.

Deposits are valid for 3 monthsIf you have not rescheduled your appointment within 3 months of your original booking date your deposit will no longer be transferrable.

 

CANCELLATIONS 

A Cancellation made with less than 48 hours notice or a NO SHOW will result in the loss of your deposit.

LATENESS

We respectfully ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment to avoid changes/shortening of your service. We understand unexpected events do happen so please email us at info@restoreosteo.co.uk if you are running a couple of minutes late. If we are still able to honour your appointment but have to decrease your service option the original service charge will still apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and fail to let the practitioner know, this will result in service cancellation and deposit loss.

NO SHOWS

We understand genuine circumstances arise that require a last minute cancellation or a NO SHOW, but we have a duty of care to our clients to keep their  appointment times as well as to someone else who missed out on a service that you didn't arrive for. If you are a NO SHOW client and you would like to rebook a service with us the following terms will apply.

* Full payment of the outstanding balance of the missed service is required before you can book another service with us.

* Full pre-payment for your service will be required if you have been late or have been a no show  for several appointments.
